Your customers’ data will always be transfered SSL-encrypted (the address starts with https:// rather than http://). This guarantees a secure connection to SEPA.net.
A payment will only be executed when the customer confirms the Security TAN that we send via SMS to your mobile phone. You can be 100% sure that only you can authorisethe payment from your account via SEPA.net.
Define limits. In SEPA.net, the maximum number of purchases and the maximum purchase amount per customer within 10 or 30 days can be defined.
Unwanted customers can be locked out via a blacklist. Email addresses, telephone numbers and bank details that have been abused are added to our database and blacklisted.
Payment problems are a nuisance for all webshop operators. More than a quarter of all webshop operators conduct no dunning with failed transactions, because the costs are too high, or the product value is too low. SEPA.net takes over dunning for sellers at no charge. In a dunning run, the customer receives a further SMS with a request for payment, and will be asked to transfer the open amount. SMS messages are closer and more direct than emails. Therefore, we have a high success rate with our reminders.
You can trust the TÜV-certified data security in our data centers in Germany. With us, your data is cancelled as securely as if it was in a safe, and is subject to German data protection – one of the strictest in the world.
